Welcome to United Business Park

United Business Park is a 23 acre planned office, warehouse and retail development that combines a beautiful natural setting with a heavily traveled location. The Park offers a large creek and nature trails, plus a highly visible location on Hillsborough Avenue, the main thoroughfare connecting Tampa and North Pinellas County.

When completed there will be a total of ten 10,000 sf office/warehouse buildings. The 30,000 sf retail pad with frontage on Hillsborough Avenue is site plan approved for a 3,500 sf building. All the buildings within United Business Park are built using Gramatica’s Structurally Insulated Paneling System (“SIPS”) to save you money on energy costs and sustain our environment. SIPS construction minimizes the use of lumber, maximizes energy efficiency, uses no ozone depleting CFC's or HCFC's in the manufacturing process, and significantly reduces site construction waste.

Our on-site Corporate Office and two 10,000 sf buildings are completed and occupied, with two more buildings scheduled for completion by December 2011.
