United Business Park comprises:

• Retail Pad – 30,000 sf available with site plan approved for a 3,500 sf building.
• Office/Warehouse – Ten 10,000 sf buildings, each can be subdivided into 2,500 sf units.

Only one building is still available in our current phase. We will begin construction on the final 6 buildings in January 2012!
